If anything that almost 14 years in business has taught me, it's to be clear of your direction in life.
Yet always have room for miracles and the unexpected. Because life does that.
Lack of clarity often beckons chaos and confusion. Frantically stumbling every which way.
A clear vision, heart, and direction opens doors.
Confusion breeds more confusion and generally leads to one's lack of integrity.
Chaos usually creates a lack of trust because your frantic energy feels unsafe.
Ways to get clear on what you WANT and DESIRE:
• Get still, really still. Then listen to what stories you tell yourself all the time.
• Have hard conversations with yourself. Those are where the gold is.
• Change your environment. Nothing changes perspective like a change of scenery.
• Shift your daily routine. Change gyms or your route to work, buy some plants.
• Write down what you want free flow. With no filter whatsoever.
• Get clear on your core values. Make decisions from those.
• Move in the direction of your feelings. Direction without heart is unfulfilling.
Get super clear by taking the time to truly be honest with who you are and what you want.
After all, having your best interests at heart is vital.
