Our Crystal Comb Replacement Policy ensures that you can rely on us for seamless tool replacements for 1 year. In the unlikely event that you require a replacement, rest easy knowing that your crystal comb investment is protected by our comprehensive replacement policy.

If you ordered a Crystal Comb, by ordering this policy you will be eligible for our tool replacement benefit.

IMPORTANT: HOW TO ACTIVATE YOUR POLICY

To activate your replacement policy for tools previously purchased, we require a recent photo of your intact tool. Please send an email to arise@jessicacarey.com.au with the subject Intact Crystal Comb. No photo is required for a comb purchased simultaneously with a policy.

Details of replacement policy:

This policy gives you one replacement of your tool (same comb only) within 12 months of your original order.

ANY claim for a replacement MUST include a photo of the broken tool, please send to arise@jessicacarey.com.au. Acceptance or rejection of a claim shall be at our discretion.
